Hello All,
I bought OM13098 and OM13088 and followed all the instructions to flash the two boards but in vain. I went through all the possible solutions here in the support forum but none of these worked out.
I tried with LPCXpresso v8.2.2_650 and MCUXpresso v10.2.0_759 under Windows 10 Home edition 64-bit.
The boards cannot be identified in the device manager under Ports section.
Is there anyway to manually install the needed drivers and connect to these boards ?
Thanks in advance.
OM13098 is not supported by LPCXpresso 8.2.2. You need to use MCUXpresso IDE with any LPC546xx products (this board uses LPC54628), and install an SDK uilt using mcuxpresso.nxp.com. Please refer to the getting started pages for the board http://www.nxp.com/demoboard/om13098.
Installing MCUXpresso IDE will install all the drivers you need (LPCXpresso 8.2.2 also does this).
For OM13088, LPCXpresso 8.2.2 should work (although MCUXpresso IDE is recommended, as it has more features and no memory size restriction).
The User Manual for the board (https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/UM10946-om13084_88.pdf , under the board page at the URL printed on the board packaging) refers to LPCXpresso 8.2.2 for this board, but the getting started steps are the same. The LPCOpen code referred to is actually included in the MCUXpresso IDE installation, but is also available on nxp.com (see http://www.nxp.com/lpcopen)
If you are still stuck, please provide some more details on the exact steps you are following.
