COMO ACTIVAR EL CLOCK DE LA LPC 1769

HELLO ! I'm new to this community, I would greatly appreciate if you help me , I'm working with the microcontroller LPC 1769 , and I would like to activate the CLOCK for a certain time to do an action , if they have the driver in some link to pass me , I would greatly appreciate !
