CMSIS library for LWIP installation

Does somebody know the link to this CMSIS library?

I could build and run the lwip_tcpecho_freertos example without downloading an additional CMSIS library. I used the lpcopen_v1.03.zip from <a href="http://www.lpcware.com/content/nxpfile/lpcopen-platform">here</a>.

Note, there is some CMSIS library thing inside the lpcopen_v1.03 package.

The article you refer is from December 2011. I think that is outdated.
