Application Note for USB 2.0 High Speed on LPC546xx

I am planning to use USB 2.0 High Speed on the LPC54616 with the USB3343 phy from microchip. Does NXP provide any application note for USB 2 High Speed implementation? I found an old link which is nowhere to be found.
