About LPC17XX usbd_175x_6x_lib.a

Hi:
    I download LPC17XX 2.00 open platform package and compile it under IAR7.10. There is lib named usbd_175x_6x_lib.a in the usbd_lib_cdc_uart project. But I cann't find this lib's poject. Can anybody tell me how to build this lib file? Does this usbd lib file open sourced?

Oh, another thing , there is no xxx_all_example project file in the LPC17XX IAR package(while the user manu says that open this project file to see the demo project).Is this project file missing?
