About Die layout for LPC4078FET208.

The LPC4078FET208 was burned in the package. Following picture shows what happened in it.

Another picture shows as following, the red circle points out the burned position:

We cannot confirm which part was burned as we don't know the die layout for LPC4078FET208.

Would you please help offer me some info about the Function for this area?
