5v RS485 IC to LPC1768 problem

hi 

i have ADM485 as RS485 IC and lpc1768 usart1 

my LPC1768 can send data but it not receive anything

 ADM485 has 5V output T can it be problem and break my RCV pin of LPC1768?

i have connect usart1 to P2.0 and P2.1
