怎样确定LPC5514JBD64的第一个引脚

LPC5514JBD100封装有1pin标识，64pin的封装根本没有标识，文档中也无说明，只能猜或试？？？做个标记或在文档中说明一下很难吗？。

I suspect that the chip used is not officially released，I have encountered such a situation on the mk10 chip.

you will see

I don't have a LPC5514JBD64 in my hand now, but I just took a photo for LPC55S06JBD64, you will see pin 1 is labbled on the board. This is the same as LPC5514JBD64.

If you buy the part from official distributor, they all official part. Please check the part with vendor.
