Hello Sergey Zubov:
The parts with Z are from an old revision of silicon. The differences between such parts and the latest revisions are detailed in the application note AN4445.
The old revision is not recommended for new designs and so it will not be supported with KSDK.
You can get new parts or you can still use you available chips with Processor Expert drivers.
