whether MKE06 have a flash structure manual?

MKE06Z serials  in datasheet and reference manual both didn't mention Flash Zone how divided.

anyone can tell me which mamual tells?

Yes, actually I have same feeling with you that there has no flash allocation described in KE06 reference manual. We were provide the information by " KEXX_DRIVERS_V1.2.1_DEVD" driver package. This package were able to been download from our website before, but now it seems the downloading is blocked. I do not know the reason for blocking and will to confirm. I will response you if I get feedback.
