I've found a solution
resolvent
1) If the hardware circuit board supports modification, the VDD of the chip can be connected to On Pin1 of J_link
2) If the hardware circuit board does not support changes, you can also change the Pin1 and Pin2 short circuit of J_link
Special notes
1) The problem of unable to download the code may appear on all MCU, which will prompt that the chip core cannot be found
2) Pin1 and Pin2 have been short circuited in the new version of j-link (for example, v8.3), so the above problems will not occur
3) Recommendation J_ Link to connect with the target board, please connect to RST signal, that is: VDD, VSS, GND, swdio, swclk, RST signal
