I have TRK-KEA128 BOARD. I made my own board using S9KEA128Z80 DEVICE. Can I use the evaluation board as my programmer of my own board.

Hi Nilangshu Das,

Yes. Please refer the Using the Freedom Board as SWD Programmer.
For the TRK-KEA128 board, you may need to remove the R4 which connect to the SWD_CLK of onboard KEA128 by default.
And use the SWD CONNECTOR KEA Programming(J12) connector.
