esd problem with KL17256?

When I plug the debugger connettor some microcontrollers in different application stop to be visible from the interface sotware and appaire a message box that the programmer whant erare from secure to unsecure. I say Yes but the message box appaire again and again.

Replacing the processor from the board every return to run properly.

Are there ESD problem with the debug port and KL series processor?

Yes I’m sorry I wrote an incomplete PN. The correct PN is MKL17Z256VLH4.

Looking at Kinetis Community I sow a interesting replay that specify to

place some pull-up resistor and capacitor to the debug pins RESET and

SW_DIO. I place those components to be compliant to power up and reset

sequence.
