Good evening,
I tested the FRDM-KW41Z evaluation board and I've decided to design a custom board with the MKW41Z MCU as its core. But what options do I have for programming it, and which do you recommend?
I know two: Using the U-MULTILINK tool (https://www.digikey.es/product-detail/es/nxp-usa-inc/U-MULTILINK/U-MULTILINK-ND/2660579) or using an FRDM-KW41Z as a programmer (https://mcuoneclipse.com/2015/08/19/using-the-freescale-freedom-frdm-kl43z-to-debug-other-boards/)
I will build three units of the custom board device, so I'm looking for the easiest although not most efficient programming option.

You have more options, for example:
- Segger J-Link (J-Link Debug Probes | SEGGER - The Embedded Experts ), e.g. for non-commercial the J-Link EDU (starts at around 20 Euro) which are available from distributors too
- If you are using the MCUXpresso IDE, there is the LPC-Link2 (around 20 Euro too), see Custom 3D Printed Enclosure for NXP LPC-Link2 Debug Probes | MCU on Eclipse
