When will the KL28Z be available in BGA package?

I've created a design for the MKL28Z in 8x8mm BGA package but there don't appear to be any parts available in this package.  When will these go to production?

Sorry, at present we do not have the production plan for BGA package for KL28. Only we provide is the 100 LQFP package.
