What is the operating temperature range for the TRK-KEA128?

As above, for the populated board, what it is operating temperature range?

Hi Chad Carius,

   We just have the KEA128 chip temperature range:  -40 to 125°C.

  Normally, the PCB board can endure about 150°C . But  because different electric component have different operating temperature range, you also need to check the other components on the board.
