VREFH and VREFL connections for K60 when not using ADC

I am trying to determine if I can tie my VREFH and VREFL lines directly to digital ground if I am not using the ADC of the K60.  I of course would keep VDDA connected to VDD, and put a decoupling cap on VREF_OUT, but wondering if I need to decouple VREFH and VREFL if I am not using them.

Hello Tommy:

The recommendation is to connect VREFH to VDD and VREFL to GND. This helps with the noise immunity.
