It will depend on which chip you are using, but I believe that in almost every Wireless MCU SDK release that supports the GFSK under the documentation folder you will find a quick start guide of the Generic FSK Link Layer.
You can fin it in the following path:
C:\<installation path>\docs\wireless\GENFSK
