Unable to flash MK20DN512VLL10 device

Hi there,

I am trying to flash firmware into a blank MK20DN512VLL10 device using the JLink command tool through the SWD interface.

I am unable to unlock or connect to the device. Attach is a screen shot of the output from the JLink tool.

Does the reset line of the device needs to be held high/low while being powered up. Any help with commands I should execute to get this going will be much appreciated.
