USB-KW019032: cannot capture any packets

Dear all,

I use the ZigBee device and set up the channel to page 28 channel 0. When I try to  established the ZigBee network, the sniffer cannot capture any packet.

How can I use test tool 12 to capture the sniffer?

I have already followed all the steps mentioned in the Packet Sniffer/USB Dongle for Kinetis KW0x Getting Started.

Hi,

I have followed this threads, and it does't work.

I have tried the Test Too12 with three versions(12.2.1, 12.7.1, 12.8.1).

If I use KW01Z128_Sniffer.srec to reflash the dongle, all of these tools cannot detect the dongle.

So, I use the method in the link as below.

Packet Sniffer/USB Dongle for Kinetis KW0x|NXP (2.3 Download the sniffer application)

After that, the dongle can be detected in the tool with version 12.7.1 and version 12.8.1.

Although the dongle can be detected, I still cannot capture any sniffer through it.
