I am new to Freescale and the Tower System so go easy!
I want to know what language to use, where to get it and what the cost would be?
I know Code Warior is not free but I am not sure on the cost.
Also curious as to what some cool projects have been done.

You can use the Special Edition of CodeWarrior for MCUs for TOWER development. It has code size limits, but it should allow you to experiment with writing and debugging a small program on the board.
