Test Socket

Hello,

Does anyone know where to find a test socket for a 184 pin CQFP package with a 0.65mm pitch?

The generic description is SOT 1613-1  and the JEDEC description is CQFP-G184.

Hi Joshua,

I did a search and couldn't find a suitable SMT socket for CQFP184 package.
I find Yamaichi Electronics part number IC51-1844-1148-1 is match close to CQFP184 package.
Please check below link for the detailed info of IC51-1844-1148-1 socket:

Please double check with Yamaichi Electronics company (http://www.yeu.com/) about if CQFP184 package could use this socket. If not, if Yamichi Electronics has another suitable SMT socket.
