TWR-K21F120 and OSJTAG on IAR

Trying to run the mfs_usb_twrk21f120m on IAR.  Click debug.  Dialog shows "Starting Debug" / "Downloading Application" .  Takes a really long time then finally hangs in debug mode.  I have updated the drivers and firmware from the PE web site.  I'm stumped. Any ideas?

please have you checked jumper settings according to the schematic?
