TSI and Touch screen film

I have an on-going project which has 2.1inch display and we are considering to use simple touch screen as user interface. We don't wanna to have a complete GUI with touch screen, just want to use simple touch screen to replace keyboards and slidebars.

Most of the TSI reference design are based upon rigid PCB. Is it possible to port the design to touch screen film with TSI interface in KL25/KL05?

Any recommendations?

Yes, I think you can use TSI on touch screen film. But you should keep whole screen stable otherwise the value will be incorrect.

I don't have enough experience on this. What is the stability I should take care. Mechanically or electronically?

I will stick the touch screen film over display panel. Is that stable enough?

Also I am looking for suppliers which offer custom touch screen films.

I think you should pay more attention to mechanical part. For your now condition, i think it should be OK.
