Does Codewarrior 10.2 support Segger Jtrace functionalities?

can someone point me to some document that explains how to use tracer with codewarrior?

According to the CodeWarrior for MCUs v10.2 product page, yes, Segger run-control probes are supported.

For information on how to interface CW to a Segger probe, look in the Targeting Microcontrollers manual that's part of the CodeWarrior installation. Do a search for "Segger" in the manual.
