Please refer to your other thread https://community.nxp.com/message/839016 where there are links to SD card loaders which build with CW 10.6.
Note that PE will not make it easier because PE gives you a list of input requirement and parameters that you specify and will (if it can) generate code that may operate of may be a start to begin work on the final solution. The ones in the link are already completed and proven so the only real difference is that you don't need to go through the PE configuration step (since you already have operational CW 10.6 code....). If PE doesn't support SD card based boot loader generation (I haven't heard that it does) you will also need to wait until someone has developed it for your device before you can start using it.
