Mk64 earse memory then broken

i have a board of MK64FN1M0,when i download firmware by IAR,i get earse memory wrongly。then i can't connect and download again. i want to know what to do to solve my board.thanks

thanks。i have solved it .the chip is locked.i unlock it by jflash.
