   Our key Tie1 customer recently received the silk screen printing of the materials as follows. May I ask what is the difference between these two rings?Why is that,thanks

I suppose that the two ring does not make sense, maybe they are used for positioning for silicon manufacture.

But the small point at the left-bottom is the pin 1 index.
