MKL26Z256VLH4

Recently,we upgrade our product with new MCU MKL26Z256VLH4;original MCU is MKL26Z128VLH4,

but I cannot install my program to my product.

I have no idea what is wrong with it?

Under below is error message during installation and Linker file(I think might be the problem cause to error)

Hello Pavel~ Sorry for replying so late !
I've never erase the chip,and never connected the reset from the debugger to the MCU(MKL26Z256VLH4)
I use the new binary file which was only modified Link file,because we replace the new MCU from MKL26Z128VLH4 to MKL26Z256VLH4

The problem is Hardware issue.
