Hi,

I attached script for flash unsecuring using j-link. You can try to by this method, if you aren't lucky you need to change the MCU. Pls unzip the file and try to start unsecure.bat.

Regard,
Pavel

Hi Jun,

do mass erase of the flash memory. I hope you can do it in Keil or if not you can use some external tool.

BTW what type of debug tool are you using ?

Best regards,

Pavel

well, it`s not working.

i disable reset pin by startup code

and after reset, SWD pin is set as a gpio (i messed up)

i tried open SDA j-link for full-chip erase

but it is not connected with j-link

should i change  my chip?

or there are any other way i don`t know?

have a nice day.
