MKE14Z128VLL7 programming and degugging issues

Previously I'm using MKE14Z256VLL7 MCU on my target board. Now I switched to MKE14Z128VLL7 MCU to reduce the cost. However I can neither program it nor debug it.

I'm using MCUXpresso IDE v10.0.0_344 and P&E multilink universal for debug and P&E cyclone universal programmer for programming.

They worked fine for MKE14Z256VLL7 MCU but not for MKE14Z128VLL7 MCU.

For debugging, I got an error as follows:

For the programming, I got an error $00001003, blank check operation failed.

What could be the problems?

The problems are caused by bugs in P&E devices. After the bug fixed, the programming worked fine.
