Hi,

Please recommend supplier who can production program Freescale  MKE04Z8VFK4  (QFN 24) Processors IC's.

First batch Qty 500.

Preferably without large NRE charge.

It appears Freescale/NXP no longer offer this service.

Check with your distributor. 

They will often program the chips for you for a small price per chip.

This is the route we use here.

We use Arrow.  They are local to us and have reasonable per chip charge.

I'd look at the links that Ping posted to find one near you to work with rather than just using what we used.
