MK66FN2MOVLQ18 3.3 volt issues

Hello... I have multiples of five different MK66FN2MOVLQ18 codes...

MK66FN2MOVLQ18 ON65N QCX1839N

MK66FN2MOVLQ18 ON65N XNAF1749M

MK66FN2MOVLQ18 ON65N XNAK18236

MK66FN2MOVLQ18 ON65N QAK2041N

and

MK66FN2MOVLQ18 ON65N XNEF2035M

The first 4 parts seems to exhibit a short on the 3.3VCC line.

Only the fifth part will operate correctly.  There are multiple of each part that we have tried.

Any suggestions as to what may be causing this?

They're Kinetis parts. This forum is for Coldfire and "M68K" chips, not "MK66".
