We are using MK28FN2M0AVMI15 and are having issues connecting to a custom board with the Saegger J-link.  I noticed in the datasheet it talks about a "JTAG limited voltage range electricals" and "JTAG full voltage range electricals".  We are using 1.8V cpu supply and 1.2V core.  I noticed the "JTAG limited voltage range electricals" does not allow 1.8V.  So what does limited voltage mean?

Hi Andrew,

This means the measurements were made through a limited range in voltage, from 2.7 to 3.6V. On the other hand, the measurements of the full range were taken from 1.71 to 3.6.

Regarding your setup, as you are using 1.8V then you should get results near the full range voltage electricals.

Hope it helps!

Best regards,

Felipe
