MK26FN2M0VMI18 Memory Corruption and Unable to Flash

Hi team, 

We are using MK26FN2M0VMI18 in our project, we identified at on few boards the memory gets corrupted. When checked with debugger the CRC is failing. 

Did chip erase and tried again but still same problem. It seems memory is corrupted.

Requesting suggestion from NXP to understand the failure. 

Any similar issue reported in K26 platform?

Let us know what kind of logs are required by NXP to root cause the failure.
