MK22FN1M0AVMC12 external ref clock ERR009878

Hi,

   I have problems with clocks in CPU MK22FN1M0AVMC12.

   Sometimes it hangs after changing OSCSEL in MCG_C7.

   I have my own code but, after inspecting code in KSDK v2, I can see a delay at that point with reference to error: ERR009878.

   Where can I find documenttion about that error ?
