Dear ,

My customer will plan to use MK22FX512VLL12 as the USB Host. And use the USB HUB IC -- USB2512 -- to extend the USB connection, the USB device includes USB HID,USB Mouse , etc . Could you kindly help me to check this issue and give me some demo for this ?I mean , some demo code or successful application ?

      Appreciated a lot !

     Have a great day!

Hello Luke,

How are you? Hope you are fine! KSDK 2.0 has support for MK22FX512VLL12 device. You can use USB examples for TWR-K21F120M board which is compatible with K22FX512VLL12.

There are several USB Host examples for different classes  such as HID, MSD, CDC, etc. You can locate them at: <SDK_2.0_MK22FX512xxx12>\boards\twrk21f120m\usb_examples.

Also, in KSDK 2.0 documentation, it is stated that some external HUBs (not IC HUBs as your customer wants to use) were tested on these examples:

But basically there should be no problem when using this IC HUB (Customer should implement the serial communication between K22 and IC HUB through serial interface).

I hope this helps!

Regards,

Isaac
