You should look at the AR4100 from Qualcomm Atheros.  It offloads the WLAN stack and works out-of-the-box with K60 and MQX.  The evaluation platform is TWR-WIFI-AR4100.

Thanks for all the suggections. It is of great help.

Requirement is of a small quantity, do you think any of them:  Qualcomm, WhizNets or others will provide solution for small qty.
