Very Good Morning,
Here I am attaching the screen shots of PC screen and Mobiliz screen while connecting our usb printer(KL26) with respective devices. For each method I have attached two screen shots one for "dmesg" and "ls /dev/tty" commands.
USB printer detecting with PC - Ubuntu version 13.04
USB printer not detecting with Mobiliz - Ubuntu version 9.10
Our customer is using Mobiliz device (Linux platform) to send data to our printer with USB Interface. But our printer is not detecting with Mobiliz
Please go throw it and suggest necessary action for the same.
