Dear community,
We are checking the device parameters for designing a custom board.
[Background]
In the Data Sheet, Voltage and current operating ratings Tables,
it is described that
VDD [Digital supply vaoltage] -0.3(Min.) -- 3.8(Max.)
VIO [IO pin input voltage] -0.3(Min.) -- VDD + 0.3(Max.)
[Question]
How much voltage is the Analog input absolute maximum rating ?
Is it identical to VIO voltage ?
Best Regards,
Koichi Sakagami
Hi, Koichi
Sorry for the late reply,
If you are using the analog pin in the ADC the input voltage should be between VREFL(-100mV - 100mV ) and VREFH (min 1.13v - max 3.6v), if you are using CMP or DAC the input voltage should be MIN VSS-0.3V -- MAX VDD (1.71V - 3.6V)
You can check more information about the Analog Input electrical specifications in section 3.6 of the datasheet
Hope it helps,
Regards!
Patricia
