Kinetis K20 safety critical application

Hi,

we think about using a part fo Kinetis K20 subfamily in a safety cirtical application.

Our application has to be compliant with EN 13849 / EN 61508 / EN60730 CLASS B.

We want to reach Class 2 / Performance Level PLr = c @ EN 13849.

Are there any Software packages or White papers available for Kinetis K20 Family?

The Kinetis series (K22, K64, KE) does not support IEC61508.

Is there a support plan for IEC61508 ( in my case SIL1 ) with the devices K22, K64?
