I just downloaded the K65 reference manual, a mighty document with >2000 pages. 

It doesn't come with PDF TOC/bookmarks. 

Personally I'd immediately be put off from using NXP offering if I had a choice of using, say, Texas, NXP and Renesas MCUs a completely random example. Jumping back to the beginning of a huge document to access the TOC is not fun at all.

Plz fix or do something. i.MX 7 series for example has perfectly good PDF TOC.

I'm not sure what you mean here.
I can see the Bookmarks of K65 reference manual K65P169M180SF5RMV2.
It is very similar to the reference manual of i.MX 7 series.

Hmm. Mine doesn't quite look like that. I noticed the K65P169M180SF5RMV2.pdf heading actually contains the TOC. It's not opened automagically and the heading suggests it's not valid so I didn't think of clicking on it. 

So, okay, it's got TOC, it's just a bit oddly formatted.
