Hi!

It is nice that the Kinetis EA-Series is already qualified for 125 degC, but are there any plans or is it theoretically possible to qualify the EA-Series for 150 degC?

Unfortunately there is not plan to have KEA for 150 degC on this year.

Are there any plans to this in the next year, or is it theoretically possible to the 150 degC qualification on an ARM Cortex M0+ core?
