Hi all, I am designing a device for a school project using a member of Kinetis K70 family and I am having problems with the JTAG part of the schematic.  I am not sure where to connect what, as the PE Micro JTAG interface I have is 20 pin for the Kinetis.  Could someone please provide me with the schematic for the JTAG inteface or point me to it?  Thanks much!

Thanks iafg!!

I got the schematic for the TWR-K70F120M and the user manual has the pinout.  I on;y have one concern remaning, the pinout for the JTAG connector is different than the one I found for ARM processors here:  http://www.jtagtest.com/pinouts/arm20

which do I trust?

The "20 pin" interface you show is the older 0.100" spaced one.

The "19 pin interface is what is used on Kinetis. It's really a 20 pin with one pin removed.

The 19 pin is 0.050" spaced pins and is much smaller. You will need an adapter if you are plugging into the older "BIG" 20 pin JTAG

In addition to this there is a smaller 9 pin version.

You can see them here:
