K66 high speed mode and Flash programming

Hi

When I try to perform flash erase on K66 in high speed mode, 180 MHz, I get ACCERR set. This seems to be caused by high speed mode and works fine when I run at 120 MHz.

This is hard to find in reference manual (if it is at all like that).
