K53 Internal Vref configuration and usage

I need to use the internal Vref to perform a single ended battery measurement.

On this proc selecting Valt for the ADC reference selects VrefOut.

No matter how VrefOut is configured the ADC always reads 0.

If you are using a custom board would be helpful to check the SPF-26994_C , which you can download from here:

The schematic shows the way of how Vref are connected, there are some filters that recommend to use.

In the table below you can see the ADC operating conditions for K50 (This information is in K50 Reference Manual):
