Hi I have been using an I- JET with IAR to download into FLASH on a custom board using a Kinetis 20. I had not been having any issues until yesterday.
I can no longer download into FLASH. I am seeing the following - "Reading CPU status failed". The entire log is below.
Any insight as to what I might try would be greatly appreciated.

I have a customer also met the similar problem with I-Jet tool, which shows the info the Kinetis chip was secured.
You could try to use I-Jet tool to mass erase the chip, which will unsecure the chip.
I got the info, the latest I-Jet firmware could do mass erase to unsecure the Kinetis chip.
Wish it helps.
thank you I will try that

Hello,
I was told by IAR application engineer to update the I-Jet firmware. Not sure if it is your case, but helped me with similar issues.
C:\Program Files\IAR Systems\Embedded Workbench 6.5\arm\bin\jet\firmware
