I was wondering, is the ARM PRIMASK least significant bit (controllable by using CPSID i or CPSIE i or __disable_irq() or __enable_irq()) ever used by the KL17's hardware? Specifically, does the KL17 hardware use the PRIMASK LSB to control the inhibiting of interrupts?
If not, how does the KL17 inhibit interrupts - for example, when the KL17 is in an interrupt it disables that interrupt so as not to cause an infinite number of interrupt calls.
