Is it possible to send CAN-FD messages with the cortex m0+?

Hey together,

is it possible to send CAN-FD messages with the cortex m0+. The controller is on the FRDM-KEAZ64Q64-ND development board.

So do you know any CAN (FD) transceiver, that I can use to "convert" the CAN message from the onboard CAN Controller to a CAN FD message?

Is it possible?

No, changing just the transceiver will not work. You must have a CAN controller that supports CAN-FD to send CAN-FD data. The other issue I would have with an M0+ device is data throughput. I don't see it keeping up.
