How unique are the K22FN256VLH12 ID's?

Are they random or are they serial generated (xxx1 then there is a xxx2 etc...)?

The 128-bit unique ID of Kinetis generated according to manufacture related rule, which is programmed into internal flash registers at test.

While we don't share that related rule to customer.
